Return and Exchange Policy

 

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot accept return requests.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • In the case of a return due to a manufacturing defect, you must provide a video that clearly shows the fault.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email our support team at polboxs.sup@gmail.com. In the subject line, please write "Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]". In the email, briefly describe the reason for the return and attach a video if the item is defective.

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the supplier's address for the return shipment. Please note: Do not send the item back until you have received our confirmation and the return address.

  • Step 3: You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

  • Once the supplier receives and inspects your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • A refund of 75% of the item's cost will be issued to your card. The deducted amount covers our administrative and initial order processing costs, which are non-refundable.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, you may return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
